第一階段社團成立申請表：

• Before October 1st: Announcement of the schedule for the semester
• Early October: Information session held to explain matters related to club establishment
• Before October 15th: Deadline for applications
• October 16th: Announcement of approved club names
• November 15th to November 30th: Club establishment registration
• December 15th: Announcement of established clubs (Successful clubs must participate in the club evaluation the following year)

第二階段社團成立登記表：

• Before March 1st: Announcement of the schedule for the semester
• Early March: Information session held to explain matters related to club establishment
• Before March 15th: Deadline for applications
• March 16th: Announcement of approved club names
• April 15th to April 30th: Club establishment registration
• May 15th: Announcement of established clubs (Successful clubs are not required to participate in the club evaluation for the current year)
