一、Points to Note:

1. Schedule: The club evaluation briefing is held annually around June. Online registration and data uploading are open from July to the end of August before the start of the new school year. Data review takes place in September. Please pay close attention to important announcements on the Student Affairs Office website for exact schedules and registration information.

2. Participants: Voluntary clubs are required to participate, but newly established clubs registered after February 1st of the current year are exempt from evaluation for that year. Autonomous clubs (department associations) have the option to participate.

3. Reminders: (1) Voluntary clubs: Clubs rated as "D" in the evaluation will not be granted access to club offices or receive any financial assistance. Clubs rated as "D" for two consecutive years may face dissolution. (Clubs that are required to participate in the evaluation but fail to do so will also be considered as "D" rated.) (2) Autonomous clubs: Department associations may choose whether to participate in the evaluation. Clubs rated as "C" or above are eligible to apply for funding for large-scale student club events.

4. Participating clubs are required to carefully read the "National Chung Cheng University Student Club Evaluation Information."
