Application for Funding for Large-scale Student Club Events

I. Points to Note:

  1. Application Period: There are four opportunities to apply for funding for large-scale student club events each year (twice per semester), typically at the beginning and middle of each semester. Please pay attention to important announcements on the Student Affairs Office webpage for exact timing.

  2. Eligibility: Only clubs that have participated in club evaluations and received a rating of "C" or above are eligible to apply.

  3. Clubs wishing to apply for funding for large-scale events must first thoroughly review the explanatory materials. Please refer to the following document for further details: "National Chung Cheng University Student Club Large-scale Event Funding Explanation."

II. Online Application:

After reviewing the explanatory materials for funding, and preparing the required application documents in electronic format (PDF), proceed to the entrance of the Student Club Large-scale Event Funding Application System.
