一、Hourly Fee for Club Teachers

1. The hourly fee for external guidance teachers is claimed once per month. Clubs with external guidance teachers are required to submit the hourly fee receipts to Mr. Liang Jialun of the Extracurricular Activities Division by the 3rd of each month. For example, receipts for September must be submitted before October 3rd. If this date falls on a holiday, the deadline will be extended. However, for December, the hourly fee for external guidance teachers must be submitted by December 10th along with the monthly club activity hourly fee application, and no extensions will be granted (to align with year-end closing).

2. The hourly fee for external guidance teachers is calculated based on two hours per week.

3. Please refer to the "Receipt for Hourly Fee for External Guidance Teachers" form for the receipt format.

4. As per regulations, clubs applying for external guidance hourly fees must hold an achievement presentation event at the end of each academic year. Failure to hold such an event will result in the club not receiving subsidies for the following academic year. (The presentation format is flexible, and after completion, clubs must submit an electronic copy of the event achievement report to their respective Extracurricular Activities Division advisors.)

5. Reminder: Clubs must properly retain photos and attendance sheets for each club activity for future reference.

6. Hourly fee calculation standards: For daytime sessions (08:00-18:00), lecturers are paid NT$695 per hour; for evening sessions (19:00-22:00), lecturers are paid NT$740 per hour.

8. During the epidemic period, if there are changes in teaching methods (e.g., online distance learning), please submit a project proposal to Mr. Liang Jialun.

二、Changing or Adding External Guidance Teachers for Clubs

1. If there is a need to add an external guidance teacher, please first explain the reason to the club's advisor, then fill out the "Student Club Change Form" and "Student Club External Guidance Teacher Special Application Form" and submit them to Mr. Liang Jialun of the Extracurricular Activities Division.

2. If there is a need to replace an external guidance teacher, please first explain the reason to the club's advisor, then fill out the "Student Club Change Form" and "Student Club External Guidance Teacher Special Application Form" and submit them to Mr. Liang Jialun of the Extracurricular Activities Division.

3. Definition of External Guidance Teacher: Refers to individuals other than faculty or staff of the university.
