Club Off-Campus Instructors Guidelines

Off-Campus Instructor Hourly Fee Guidelines
Monthly Application: The hourly fee for off-campus instructors should be applied for once a month. Clubs with off-campus instructors must submit their receipts to Mr. Liang Jialun of the Extracurricular Activities Section by the 3rd of each month (e.g., receipts for September must be submitted by October 3rd; deadlines will be extended if they fall on holidays). However, for December, the hourly fee must be submitted by December 10th to accommodate the annual closing of accounts. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Hourly Calculation: The hourly fee for off-campus instructors is calculated based on two hours per week.

Annual Presentation Requirement: According to regulations, clubs applying for off-campus instructor hourly fees must hold an annual presentation at the end of the academic year. Clubs that do not hold a presentation will not be eligible for funding in the following academic year. The format of the presentation is flexible. After the presentation, an electronic version of the activity report must be submitted to the club's supervising advisor in the Extracurricular Activities Section.

Documentation: Clubs must properly maintain photos and attendance records for each club session for future reference and verification.

Fee Calculation Standard: The standard rate for instructor hourly fees is 695 NTD per hour for daytime sessions (08:00-18:00) and 740 NTD per hour for evening sessions (19:00-22:00).
